The simplest way to fix it is to redo your animation using a Cv2 animation gizmo. Right now you are trying to combine a Cv2 trigger with a Cv1 Legacy Animation chip. Cv2 and Cv1 aren't very compatible.
Use the Cv2 Animation controller instead. The highlighted part is what you'll wire to the thing you want to animate (just like the eye of the Cv1 animator)
Alright
I’ll try it
kay now what?
What do you want to happen?
Im trying to make a puppet, like the goblin puppet
So when you pull the trigger, the animation takes place?
Configure the animation and turn on "stop at end"
Nevermind. Just go to "looping"
okay turn it off?
Yes. You don't want the animation to loop, correct?
yes but now when I let go the animation does not reset like with thr goblin

That's where the Pause and Stop come in. Connect pause output to the Stop input. It looks like this is how you set it up, with the pressed going into the play and the released into the stop.
Try this. Adjust speed accordingly. But make sure released is negative and pressed is positive.
Alright is there a way to make sure?
How do I make them negative and positive
In the speed part, one of them negative, such as -1. The other positive such as 1.
how do i do thiz
configure just the blue part
you can also just click on the blue using the connect tool
it resets
stop and pause
can you show me?
