As Spuckley mentioned, they aren't a VMOD or a Volunteer of any kind.
RecRoom has very little wiggle room with hackers. They only thing to blame here is EasyAntiCheat, I presume that RecRooms Dev team is working hard every day to prevent things like this from occurring, unfortunately there has been a major outburst of executors & scripts on RecRoom as of recent. If you were banned, you were reported previously multiple times since the user isn't a moderator of any kind.
Just let your appeal do it's work, you won't get a fast response time. There is a lot of people constantly being banned on this game due to it's higher restrictions and stronger moderation system.
