I have a ranking system in my game and when ever I try to give someone a rank it say player needs world ui
Basically there is an error with the world ui but when I look i don't see any errors visibly

Are you sure that it’s being displayed? If it doesn’t display properly, it doesn’t show. Also if you repeatedly display the UI, nothing will show, even if you set the text afterwards.

Go into your makerpen's "logging" menu (should be on the bottom bar of the maker pen menu) and once opened, click the error. This should highlight the chip causing any issues, take a photo of that chip and send it here. (if it's the "Ranking System" circuitboard you'll have to use the edit tool on it to open it up)

I cant do that because it only breaks sometimes and the error says a players name then It says they don't an active world ui @cloud cobalt

What's your @? It sounds like at some point a chip has straight uo been removed or something. That, or you may have another Player World UI chip somewhere else in the room interferring with the ranking system's, you can only give a player one at a time
