I bought my RR+ through Rec.Net and now coming up on renewal which was the 29th of this month, i tried canceling auto renewal and Im left with an error that tells me to contact support, I have not yet gotten a response and i put my ticket in on the 30th, also I am left with an automated email reply from rec room saying they cannot cancel my subscription for me and to contact support if I am having more issues.

Reply to the email automated email you got if it saids they cannot cancel your subscription since you bought it through RecNet. They for sure can help you, and get you your money back.
