So I had an issue back a while where I was stuck at downloading player data. I also made a ticket but they just said it was an issue and now it's fixed. But I still have the issue. And idk why. I even tried LAN and it didn't worked. Please help

I'm playing on Xbox one x if that helps

I’m honestly unsure how to help ngl. You will have to communicate with support through Zendesk to try to resolve this issue since I’ve never heard this problem before

Maybe it's bc I have a older console idk

Hey @peak urchin would it be possible for you to try a different network then try launching?

fallen apex

It could be the network honestly

It’s just your Xbox then

That’s really odd, have you tried a different Xbox account?

Only issue I could think of, would be, 1. Your network is having issues connecting to the server on your Xbox, I will provide a link below on how to reset your WIFI on Xbox.

Or 2. Your Xbox is simply having issues itself and is running into a weird bug only with RecRoom.

#

Try this first:

  1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
  3. Plug the console power cable back in.
  4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Then if that doesn’t work try this:

  1. Press the Xbox button.
  2. Move right to the System Tab.
  3. Scroll down and select Settings.
  4. Scroll down to Network.
  5. Select Network Settings.
  6. Scroll down and select Advanced Settings.
  7. Scroll down and select Alternate MAC Address.
  8. Select the Clear button.
  9. Then restart your console to apply the changes.

Only thing I could recommend is reaching out to Xbox support and letting them know what’s happening, also don’t forget to mention that you have already been in contact with RecRoom previously.
