I have no idea why but whenever I go into a trigger volume it continously activates this circuit system causing me to respawn multiple times any time I go in and out of the trigger volume

It's a PVP system and it's supposed to respawn you when you die but for whatever reason whenever I die I can continue to take damage and whenever I do it will respawn me more than once
