You're only supposed to do it once, and I assume they will roll it out after they close the survey.

You'll get it in a couple weeks when they have gone through the responses. You dont get research lab rewards automatically after finishing the survey.

Doing the survey multiple times does nothing. If RR sees your username more than once during surveys, you'll only get one. As for when they distributed, it's usually a couple weeks after the survey closes.

If you completed the survey, it shouldn't matter how many times you did it or if it was an error or not.
