Rec Room Plus Not Loading Membership Prices

Everytime I try to buy my Rec Room Plus membership again it just says "Error loading membership prices. Contact [email protected] if this persists" and even whenever I restart my game or try to join a different room it just doesn't change or nothing. Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem

I don't know if that's how that works. You would receive a confirmation email back that they received your ticket and it is being processed. Then someone would email you trying to help you fix the problem.
