The song used for the meme is inappropriate, but it only takes out one part of it that's just gibberish. It doesn't mean anything, BUT Rec Room's imaginative juniors are making it more inappropriate and weird than it should be, like a Sonic fanfic. Best to just report them and their low quality rooms.

Also, rizz is just short for charisma (cha"rizz"ma.) Kai Cenat made it up, but it's just assaulting people with multiple pickup lines until they get interested, which they never do.
