its only doing this because hitbox collision is turned on for players and not even the room settings for it turn it off
and theres no vignette setting for it

There are many reasons people should be mad at Rec Room; this is just one of those "icing on the cake" issues, that not many people will be mad at them for. Hell, I didn't care because I'm a screen-mode player. I got tired of VR shenanigans since the 2022 shutdown.
I was more confused as to why people were complaining until they told me they couldn't turn it off, and then also heard that it was by accident, which was still pretty goofy.

Crazy they deleted the setting for it I was worried it would be a permanent thing since the full body avatars are coming out but I’m glad they said it was a mistake

Yeah, most of the time, we're angry because some of these changes are on purpose, and are permanent.
