They are limited in the number of times you can change them. If it does not correct itself in 14-30 days, open a request on Zendesk and ask them about it.

Yeah i know but its been a year since i changed it. i was banned and recently got unbanned, when i tried making a ticket at zendesk i couldnt find the option for that.
