I’m wondering if rec room just randomly released two weekly’s, that’s all.
They didn't randomly release two. The sunflower sheild was meant to be released in September, but the weekly was bugged back then. This meant no one could get it. To compensate, they gave it to us as an extra skin for the month of November. We are still on the once-a-month schedule for weekly skins.
