What do you mean by selecting anything? Are you using a dorm skin? There are many things that are default in the dorm that can't be moved, no matter what as well.

I cannot select any objects I’ve made in the past, manipulate them aswell

And also I phase through walls in my dorm, all without flying. Every environmental object, dorm walls, floor, etc. I had to put a barrier under the floor to make sure I don’t fall
Update: I think I found the problem, I’m still not sure why tho
As soon as I deleted everything from the maker pen settings, everything went back to normal. There must be something in my dorm causing this, I’ll try to find the source
