It's not that they are "putting" them there, it is getting there by abuse of the algorithm. They managed to spam invite enough people into the room over a certain period of time and the system sees that as "hot". Go in that room, report the room, every owner/co-owner and every inappropriate picture you see.

That’s the thing, that’s what we’ve been doing, and it is now half way up the hot page with 20k visits. I know that a LOT of people have reported it already, and it’s just upsetting it’s still there. I understand it’s the algorithm, but you would think moderation would get on it, especially with the amount of reports it has gotten. Why can you even make a room with the word “sexy” in it anyways, weird.
