I got banned on Rec Room for a day and I have never been banned before on Rec Room in my 3 years of playing. But since the Moderation bot that has been moderating peoples voices and actions has been bugging out and banning/suspending people voices for no reason I was one of the Victims of this and I lost my Desktop Sharing Screen when I got unbanned. I do not have it in my Props no more, I cannot access it no more, I can only look at the Screens in the rooms that I have saved them in. SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME MY SCREEN BACK I BEG 😭🙏🏽 I ACTUALLY USE IT LIKE EVERYDAY

Ik that it says that It will be removed from my account BUT I USE IT SO OFTEN IN EVERY PRIVATE ROOM THAT I MADE. PLEASE REC ROOM MAKE A ACCEPTION BECAUSE I GOT BANNED FOR NO REASON. ALL THAT I WAS DOING YESTERDAY WAS CHILLING IN A MC DONALDS WITH FRIENDS AND THEN I GOT BANNED OUT OF NO WHERE BECAUSE OF THE NEW MODERATION BOT. I GOT PROOF WITH THE WHOLE RECORDING (I forgot to set up my Oculus mic so there is no Audio of me)

Zendesk is the only place you can submit any supportting proof you may have. But, like mentioned above, it does say it will be removed if you are banned. Just work with support and maybe they will reinstate it.

also can you try to tell one of the staff to try to fix the moderation bot because my friends are also getting banned for nothing. Even in their private rooms

I GOT BANNED AGAIN AND EVERYTIME THAT I GET BANNED FOR THE SAME REASON. REC ROOM FIX THE MODERATION BOT OR JUST GET RID OF IT AND MODERATE HOW YOU GUYS USE TO
