I can't load in its been a week

I've tried to load into rec room for a week now and all I get it's the code note thing. I've done everything I've seen to do restart router, restart xbox, re installed the game multiple times and I've also tried to log into another account and also I've sent a ticket 2 times and all I get is "restart your router" so had no other choice to come here to see if I could get any help at all it would be grate if someone could, thanks
