Bugcrowd is a site where companies can post bug bounties
When you submit something, it will first be processed by the bugcrowd team, they act as middle men who filter out things for the customer automatically
They'll likely mark your submission as invalid, but then personnel from rec room will check it later and reward you if there was something fixable in it
The reward is money, bugcrowd points, and from what I hear recently in-game items
