Getting banned for having a old friend linked to my acc

Hello, my name is undead and I recently been getting banned for having someone that I used to talk to. Now that I don't have any connections with him he has been getting himself banned.
I have reached out with him for a old ban that happened a couple days ago and got the acc unlinked. But I got banned again by the same person with him being unlinked.
This is gonna lead me to the ban appeal but Ive already done one. Is there a way to talk to someone about a acc removal from a device??
