I don't know how to convert money into tokens on rec net wallet balance

You now go to buy tokens with that balance.

You can go out to https://rec.net/shop to spend the balance. Choose an item from the shop and then it should show you this screen letting you know that it is going to use your 'Rec Room Wallet." Just click 'use Rec Room Wallet' to continue through the transaction.
