It's kinda similar. There both blocks. Just wires instead of connecting blocks.

Cv2 goes into more theory with stuff like data types, vectors, and more advanced networking.
cv2 is more advanced, but a lot of concepts about logic do carry over
cv2 goes in-depth with different types of data ("string" for text, "bool" for true or false, "int" for whole numbers, "float" for partial/decimal numbers, etc while scratch just does this work for you)
cv2 also goes in-depth with giving you plenty of control over networking
and it also has advanced concepts like 3D rotational and positional math
but with some practice and determination the jump won't be difficult
