as someone who has experience with working at military/clan games in rec room i can say from experience that it wouldn't work if it's big enough since those people would have already bothered to go and get trained

they stay in training for a bit to basically work there, they had all the time in their training to decide if they want the job or not

either that or basically this #1166187112127803392 message since if they don't want you there, they'll kick or ban you

not like protesting inside big militaries would work

maybe on tiny ones but then they might just do the same and it'll return to normal within whatever amount of time it'd take
