No, currently there is no difference on the Quest 3 compared to the Quest 2 as far as Rec Room. However, they have the potential, should they implement it.

RR runs about the same on Q3 as on Q2. Background stuff like opening menu and doing video recording seems smoother though. But RR graphical is exactly the same atm. but the wider and cleaner lens does make a differance though.
