I haven't actually tracked the rewards myself in years, so today I decided to do a quick test. I took an alt and went and played dodgeball with myself and these are the results.
It took 20 games for my lower level alt to obtain 1 x First time game reward and 12 Activity rewards. It took 26 games for my level 50 to get the same. I did a few more games and never got another box. We moved on to the daily with 2 games of CTF and no other boxes till the daily reward box. Between the selections, I chose tokens every time. My alt gained 330 tokens from the 14 boxes total and my main with RR+ gained 294 tokens.
One thing I still do not understand is how they are doing these odd "tests" with the tokens. My main was offered 10(21 with RR+) as a 1 star, while my alt was offered 15. Meaning if he had RR+, it would be 30. Then 2 star is 30, 3 star as 60 while mine came up to 84 with RR+. You would think that paying for "double the tokens" I would end up with more than one without RR+. Anyways, random is random I guess. I will do it again after reset and see what the results come of that.
