Add a safety button to the watch menu

there should be a button on the watch's menu that sets your personal space and ignore bubbles to max, so you dont have to traverse through your watch menu when someones harassing you.

similar to the roblox sheild button or vrchat's panic mode
it should probably be next to the settings button, but to the far right to prevent accidental presses. the settings button could be slid over and have the safety button put in its original place.

i agree and im suprised it hasnt already been implemented for vr specifically
