quests have some problems, like friendly fire. along with a lack of veriety, 4 of the quests take place in medival times, isle of lost skulls gets a pass since it has a cool theme of pirates, and crescendo of the blood moon has stuff like whips. but the curse of the crimson cauldron and quest for the golden trophy are both very similar with goblin enemys and the same 3 weapons. we have a futuristic quest and multiple medival quests, why not a quest using paintball weapons? one user on the fandom quests wiki page had a cool idea which was secret agents.

Only two quests take place during medieval times. Crimson and Golden.
i would say crescendo takes place in similar time
No.
really? they look like similar times
It would be aftwr medieval, but before Western
Of course we can't pin point what time as vampires are fantasy.
How?
Pirates still exist.
Cannons aren't medieval either. They were the end of medieval times.
pirates were around in medival times, and based on other things like the buildings i would say medival
Isle has cannons. Cannons ended medieval times as they made castles less useful.
still, most quests are pre-modern. and the only one that isnt is futuristic
so my point still stands
The cannons aren't in short supply either since how many they have so it's not a new technology.
Notice how Jumbotron is the second most hated and most different.
Crimson

But that's because it's a bad quest.
well yeah, becuse its just the same as golden but with a diffrent set of room and a diffrent boss
the weapons are the same
and so are the enemys
No, enemy spam level layout, and forcing swords.
and the main things i dislike about jumbotron have to do with the futuristic tech, along with my first point in the original post which was FREINDLY FIRE
like the mini robots are annoying, and so are the tall ones. but in a spy based quest those wouldnt be there
A spy based quest wouldn't be a quest anymore. It would be it's own thing.
how so? it would follow the same fomular as the others, being a set of hallways/rooms that you need to defeat enemys in with a boss at the end.
with points and clothing sets
Spies are meant to not get caught. The point of quedts is to kill everything as good as possible. Adding a stealth aspect would change it from quest.
i never said it would be stealthy
And friendly fire is good because it forces you to be more careful and not spam.
Spies aren't meant to get caught, otherwise that's not spying.
bro who the hell likes freindly fire, if you even slightly miss you hit your teammate and lose a bunch of points
Latency issue.
i just ment the asthetic of spys, i mean the other quests are exactly accurate either
they just use the asthetic of medival or pirates or whatever
still, that was just an example that i saw in a comment on the fandom quest wiki page
i didnt make the idea
Also quests are meant to help inspire. You want something you have to make it.
not everyone can just make something like this
circuits may be easy for you, but i have ADHD and its hard to focus on things like that
