@lone island @obtuse stirrup my first steps to fix these types of issues are always. Shutting down and restarting the device you’re using to connect, then try again. If that doesn’t work, try unplugging your modem and any WiFi routers for a minute then plugging them back in to let them reset. If those don’t work (and this issue started after a recent RecRoom update) then you can try uninstalling and reinstalling RecRoom to your device
