It's because questies get scared and decide it's too hard in the loading screen, so they beg people to get them S+ and let them sit back or join at the end. If they actually tried to play and learned to play they'd enjoy it.

I think they have two teams go against each other and the one with the most points progresses. If both teams have the same points they go by time.
