If you want business you need to mean business. 5k- 50k is a much better price range. People hiring you for 2k are people making tiny hangout rooms that get no profit whatsoever.

500 tokens profit. He is going to leave with that much after legitimately building an entire game. Even 2k is not a good profit for that.

I guess that makes more sense, but wouldn’t he profit better if he just ran an invention store? He could get money from multiple people buying his inventions at 250 tokens or so, and would get payed more that way.

If he’s being directly paid to make something then he deserves more pay because his work is specifically made for that game, and thus is far more relevant and important than just a 500 token chair.

I’m saying that if he’s doing a single specifically designed prop than you should be payed more than for an invention. 5k is too much for that, I said 5k if it was a legit full on co-owner building deal.

My implication was that if you went around telling everybody how they explained this wrong, or should’ve specified that, than you would get nowhere.
