my Cuzin's rec room account on oculus won't load

any error codes or does it say something like failed to get oculus login

have you tried

1. restarting your router/internet
2. restarting your headset
3. reinstall rec room

if your account is already on rec room reinstalling wont make you sign in again

also 1 more thing what vr is it?

has everytime ive reinstalled my game
