I overheard between a conversation between a VMod and another person that Rec Room Studios will soon be available for Rec Room Plus members. Is this true? And if so, do they know when?

The exact details have not been released, it is fairly high for the average person at the moment and will be reduced over time. If you are authorized, you won't be able to upload any rooms till after the 16th,
