So, first of all, be polite.
Second of all, you have an Undefined Event in the first image you sent.
Third of all, make sure your Promte Event is configured to All
Fourth of all, you are setting their XP to what is needed for that Rank, meaning that the system will automatically rank them up instead of setting their Rank to whatever, and resetting their XP.
