This is not a server issue, as you see the last game status was July 18th.

Try restarting your device, router and mode and see if that helps. If not, @lofty moat might be able to assist you with that if you provide your @ username for Rec Room here or to him directly in DM. Otherwise, you might be best to open a request on Zendesk and let them know the details, what you have done and search "what is my IP' on Google, and put that in the ticket too.

Hitting the 403 on apim and a 403 forbidden on the website as a whole are two different things by the way.
