You can use a skydome chip, fog chip , and sunlight. that's only activated for a certain role and just add the role with a trigger volume when they enter the mine
How would I add a role?

I wasn't sure if he was talking about cv1 or cv2
new players to building perhaps
or when they enter the trigger volume
set the sky dome to enabled
and when they exit set it to disabled
idk why I never thought of that
But will that work for only the players inside of it?

I’m making a mining game and is there a way to make it so that when a player enters the mine, It becomes darker inside? “P.S. this should only darken for people actually in the mine. Not people on the surface.”

Idk what a sky dome is so that is a problem do you know the inputs/outputs I could figure it out from that or it you don’t want to it’s fine I’m new to cv2 as I mentioned. (I didn’t dip lol)

Use a trigger volume connect it from player entered to an add role chip and the make a skydome chip and set all the sky colors to black and then make it exclusive to player role which is the same role from the add role chip
