You can submit a ticket over on zendesk about the situation. There was a similar situation that happened with a builder named BearDaBear.
Detail the ticket of what happened, what creations are yours and how the whole thing came to be, staff will respond back and may take matters into their own hands and get either the room deleted or the owner banned.

Even if you open a ticket, there isn't much they can or will do. The response will most likely be along the lines of "There are limitations to what we can do in certain situations. We encourage creators to think carefully about who they create with and ensure they have high trust in their partners."
Porbably not tbh. They didn't do much when this happened to me. The higher ups who wrote the CCoC just don't really care about that type of stuff
It's not that they don't care about it. It's more like what do you do about it?
When it comes down to a whole he said/she said type situation. It is one person's word against another. I can claim you stole my map and they can claim that was the agreement. There is no way in game to create a binding contract. If there was, then that contract could be used to say that the room is removed or returned to the other owner. But, when it is just one's word over the other, what is the saying "possession is 9/10 of the law”
When you save an invention that you did not make, it warns you saying something like "This object was created by a different user, so you wont be able to sell this". so they can clearly tell who made what shape, if someone made a model for a room, and rec room staff can tell that the shape was made by this player, and the player's permissions we're revoked from the room they worked for, what's stopping them from putting the room under review and sending the creator/creators a warning telling them to remove the objects that arent theirs?
another example is, in my case, a used to be co owner in my room cloned my room and started distributing it to mass amounts of people. if im the original owner of said game, in my opinion, i should have the right to tell rec room support to take those copies of MY game down right?
Please see #game-status for current Rec Room server status information!
whar
Yes, they can see some extra info on things created, but that doesn't mean that you didn't make a verbal agreement with the owner of the room at some point that you could be removed for violation of whatever they decide to make up at that moment. Even though you made stuff in that room, you are not the owner, so it is not your game.
alright, what about the case where i am the owner and MY room is stolen from me?
