Hi i know how Unjunior a junior account but i try this says the account is not eligible for age verification my account was junior 2yrs ago because i was 12 now.

NOW im 14 years OLD please help.

Send a support ticket through zendesk. Explain your situation and they should be able to give you the ability to verify your age.

I've done this before it redirects me to age verification and it still doesn't work but your account is not eligible for age verification.

I would either submit this as either a bug report or General Support. You may need to wait a day or two for a response, but in my experience they're pretty good with responding to these quickly. You should get emailed by someone who can help

You need to go on that jr account, go to profile, then account settinga, then verify age, go to the link, then enter your code on rr, then verify by using a credit card and using 1 usd then after your jr ban will be lifted
