it also happens in rec room very often, especially if i move my headset around or walk

but it’s not specific to rec room, it happens even in my oculus home

Sounds like your controller is starting to experience stick drift. This is really common with the Quest. You can look up guides on how to try and fix it. If it is still under warranty, contact Meta and get a replacement.

thx for trying to help, but ive asked people and they have no idea - it’s not stick drift, i had it with my last controllers that I had to replace. this problem is where i literally glitch and turn behind myself, not a slow turn my controllers are having. it’s some headset problem that affects my rec room gameplay but i don’t know how to fix it

Do you have snap rotate enabled in Rec Room? Or smooth?
