So you were through PC getting the notebook error, have you tried logging in on your Quest directly, or any other device?

If it is throwing the same error it could be pssoible that you IP is being restricted on Rec Room's side. Your best bet is to open a request through Zendesk.

I have no tried stand-alone but I tried to go on my phone on rec room app and it didn’t load either

I just tried rec.net and it said 403 forbidden

Good indication it is an IP issue. @south oxide may be able to assist you if you provide your in game @ here or to him in DM. Otherwise opening a ticket on Zendesk is your next best bet.

So long as you weren't doing anything malicious, it shouldn't be a problem. I think their new APIM stuff they are working with is just a little to strict.

Interesting, so it seems sporadic and "innocent" of most people, so what could possibly be causing so many people to get temp IP restrictions.

It’s just a security thing. Ideally we would like it to not trigger on random innocent people. I keep tabs on it though and forward along all false positives that I see.

Don’t loose sleep on it. If it happens again and I am not out of office I can look into it a bit deeper
