Did it resolve? Have you tried restarting things, like you device, router and modem?
Try removing the cache folder and registry key, see if that helps. Try deleting the cache folder and registry key:
You can get to the cache folder by using the Win +R and putting in
%USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Against Gravity
Just delete the whole Rec Room folder.
To delete the registry string.
In the Windows bar, type RegEdit. It will show as Registry Editor. CTRL+F or Edit>Find and search for Against Gravity. It should come to a folder under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Against Gravity and it has another folder Rec Room under it. Delete that Rec Room folder and try again.
