just made a ban appeal but it may not work and I think I know why

So last year my mom past not telling anyone my Gmail not even I knew it. so me and my dad had to fight with Sony to get it changed there but because of that now I am not sure if rec room has it changed or not, so it could still be using my old unknown Gmail, because of this I may be stuck in a false ban for 7 days. I still sent in a ban request but I not sure if it will work. So I have made this form to try and fix the problem

That won't help as the problem is Gmail/Hotmail

Your Rec Room email address will always remain the same unless you decide to change it on RecNet. It will not have changed if Sony changed your device email, as Rec Room is a separate application.

Okay thanks but is there a way I can change it because I can't get into that Gmail because no one knows the password to it, if so then that would be nice
