I think they were made with the MakerPen, or in RRS and done similarly to how they'd be madr with MakerPen.

The guns in Showdown are made with RRStudio and considered different than other objects in game. Like all creators that have RRS, they can create RR objects like that gun, but can't save it as an invention.

The reload has been brought up several times, but they consider it more of a strategic decision so you could your rounds or whatever. What it really came down to is there is no easy way for them to make that RRS and CV2 functions reload for all platforms.
