I signed up twice and i never got it
I have good unity knowledge
I have some ok games because my builders wont help allot
I am advanced at ciruiting and i have good unity knowledge and models

Start working with someone that might already have it and ask them for a refferal. Don't do like some people have and just start begging people to refer you though. Otherwise, just wait. It will be available to more people with RR+ in the near future.
