They give you a welcome survey, up and when you complete it after a month they send you another survey, and your bubbly.
Once you fill out the survey you wait a month then you get it

My only issue that I hate about research lab is that they have no way of telling who’s responsible for keep these things private and who’s leaking them

My guess is theoretically, if the participants sign an NDA, Yes, but I assume that it’s too costly and impractical to do so

It's nice to see that they are considering some things and taking in feedback for it. Better than them trying to sort through all these Discord posts and trying to put it together.
For the most part, it has just been completing a survey and waiting a while to get the rewards they mention from it. There have been a few surveys that talk about specific playtests, but they were looking for specific types of players, so I didn't get accepted for any. Even still, all of them have had a confidential agreement at the start of them, yet people don't care or respect that.
