NeverEnding loading screen

ok so I'm on mobile and my rr is stuck on the loading screen and I waited around an hour and it did not work and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it did not work I tried messing with my Wi-Fi it did not work how can I fix this?

Did you try resetting your dorm? Might be something in it that doesn't let you load.

On Rec.Net there's an option to reset your dorm.
