@hoary cypress I don't know what to really say but I would say probably restart the internet or restart your computer I would probably first recommend doing the computer then try and if it still doesn't then do the internet or try seeing to do a hardware check so then you can see what is even happening right now for the other remaining text I just done I had no idea what I was talking about so but yeah I would recommend to at least first restart your computer and then if it doesn't work then restart the internet and if that doesn't work then I don't know

It’s not just rec rooms it’s all of steam vr
What are the specs of your computer? What VR system are you using?
Rtx 2070 super(all I remember I’m not home rn) and quest 2
I haven’t changed anything and it never used to lag like this
I've see a couple other people complain about recent lag on Steam. Maybe something recently changed causing the issue. Make sure drivers are updated, restart things like the computer, device, router and modem to see if there is any improvement. I was having issues with my Quest 2 over Link cable the other day, rebooted the headset and everything worked perfect.
Specifically what version
@upper ermine
Good to know. So, not a Rec Room specific issue, but Steam VR update causing issues with Rec Room. There were other posts, I'll keep this in mind.
