Mass Reporting & Ban questions

Hello, i have a few questions about the mass reporting and Ban.

1- is mass reporting allowed in recroom? (if a group of 19 people organizes to mass report a person)

2-is allowed if someone is banned but then he creates a new account?

3-can i report someone for false/mass reporting? if yes, how?

4-Are mass reporting clubs allowed in recroom?(like if someone hates another person and then he tells to a mass reporting club to mass report him)

5-if someone get juniored (for mass reporting), is the ban appealable?

If 19 people all see a person doing something that violates the code of conduct and report that person, perfectly allowed.

If a group of people work together to try and get a person banned for not violating the CoC, that is not allowed.

You can report other people for issues like that through Zendesk.

If you have proof that clubs are doing it, make sure to include that information in the report.

Someone getting juniored is not a ban. You can request an appeal through Zendesk, but will most likely be redirected through the age verification process. Which is a 1 time process.
