Vector dot multiplies all subordinates of two vectors, then adds them all together.
Vector scale multiplies all values of a vector by the scalar.
You can think of Vector Scale as multiplying its magnitude.
You can think of Vector Dot as a chip that gets how similar two vectors are when both vectors are normalized.
