the problem is not from my wifi network this problem has not been resolved for a month and i do know the reason

cuz when i play on my oculus there is no problem but when i play on pc i have this problem

So, your Quest 2, I assume, plays fine, you never get the issue, but your PC, when you play over Link or flat screen does give the issue? Is you PC wired or wireless?

What version of wireless is your PC using? What channel is it on?

For instance, 802.11B on 2.4GHz is going to have more issues than 802.11AX on 5GHz.
