If you’re on a standalone, it may depend on the model. If you’re on Quest 1 then lag is blind to happen, on Quest 2 I recommend keeping battery as high as possible when playing and making sure to store your headset at a good temperature. Remember to keep it nice and cool while playing. If you’re in a party call, this can also cause lag.

Quest 2, very cold room, high batter, no party. This wasn't an issue until a recent update everyone I've talked to has been having the same issue, and had to empty some of their rooms.
