Try rebooting your router/modem, try connecting wired if you can, just to try it out. Maybe try a different Wi-Fi channel, cause that is the most common causes for being disconnected.

As for the voice thing, I have no idea what you are seeing there. Are you getting the warning that your mic is too loud? Are you playing music/sound effects over your mic?

Probably got Voice banned maybe? If it was in game then yes you have been voice banned but it only lasts 24 hours but you get unbanned the next day at the same time you banned was placed
