When I try to create a room it will say account cannot create or co own any rooms and I deleted some rooms and it didn’t work? Am I banned from RR

It seems that no. You are not Banned from RecRoom itself (obviously) but you may have been suspended or removed of access of creating rooms. I recommend contacting RecRoom support via Ticket.

Tbh I have no idea if creation suspension even exists for I've never ran into this problem. Send in a support ticket and wait for a response.
